⚙️ How It Works
Each notification type has its own controls.
For every event, you can choose:
- In-App — Get notified inside TalleFlow while you're working
- Email — Get notified directly in your inbox
Turn on both if you want full visibility, or keep it minimal if you prefer less noise.
Here are some smart ways to configure notifications:
- Turn on email alerts for new leads so you can respond fast
- Keep task assignments in-app only to avoid inbox clutter
- Enable both for document activity so you never miss a signed contract
- Turn off community notifications if you want a quieter workspace
Make it work for your flow, not against it.
🚀 Why This Matters
- Reply to a lead
- See a signed contract
- Catch a client message
- Notifications help you:
- Stay responsive without hovering over the app
- Catch opportunities instantly
- Keep everything moving forward
- Don't turn everything on. That's how you get notification fatigue
- Prioritize high-value events like leads, documents, and messages
- Use email for urgency, in-app for awareness
- Pair with System Reminders to cover both real-time and follow-ups
🔄 Notifications vs Reminders
- Notifications = Something just happened
- Reminders = Something needs your attention
