Multiple Businesses in TalleFlow
TalleFlow supports multi-business workspaces, which means you can manage more than one business / workspace / brand under the same account. (They all mean the same thing in TalleFlow.)

This is perfect if you:
- Run multiple brands (ex: "Photo Booth Co" + "Studio Co")
- Manage a side hustle and a main business
- Want separate settings, contacts, docs, and integrations per brand
What's a "Business" in TalleFlow?
A Business is its own workspace with its own:
- Business settings (name, email, phone, website, address)
- Integrations (Google Workspace, Canva, Prismm, Stripe)
- Contacts, Projects, Documents, and more (depending on your setup)
So basically: one login, multiple workspaces.
How to Create a New Business
You create a new Business from the Business Switcher.
- Click the Business Switcher (top-left of the app)
- Click Add Business
- Complete the setup flow:
Step 1: Business name, business email, website (optional), phone (optional)
Click Next
Step 2: Select your Primary Service and Business Stage
Click Create Business
Once created, your new business will appear in the switcher list.
How to Switch Between Businesses
- Click the Business Switcher (top-left)
- Select the business you want to work in
TalleFlow will immediately switch your workspace context.
Important Notes (So Nothing Feels "Broken")
- Business settings + integrations are business-specific. If Stripe or Google Workspace is connected in Business A, that does not mean it's connected in Business B.
- Your data is separated by business. If you can't find a project, contact, or document, double check you're in the right business first.
- Client portal access depends on which business the client is connected to. Clients may see multiple businesses in the portal if they've worked with more than one.
Best Practices
- Use separate businesses when you want separate branding + workflows
- Keep naming clear (ex: "TalleFlow Photo Booths" vs "TalleFlow Events")
- Connect integrations (Google / Stripe / Canva / Prismm) after switching into the correct business.
