🔍 Personal info sharing
Phone, birthday, location, and emergency contact stay private until you opt in. Use the Personal Info Sharing controls on your profile.
- Teammates – only see fields you turned on
- Public profile – never shows street, zip, or emergency contact, even if those are shared inside the studio
🛠️ Email and calendar connections
Connect Gmail or Outlook from the business you are currently using. The connection is stored on that business, so starting the connect from Studio B no longer attaches the inbox to Studio A. Profile photos in email signatures send as a hosted image so they stay visible in Gmail, Outlook, and TalleFlow-sent mail after you change your photo.

🧭 Lists and recovery
On projects, tasks, and contacts, selected rows stay selected when you run more than one bulk action in a row. If the app hits an unexpected error, use Try Again or Refresh Page.
💡 Rule of thumb: Connect Gmail or Outlook from the studio you are working in so the inbox stays on that business.
