Portal colors plus document theme for every file

Overview
Under Business Settings > Branding, set how your client portal looks and how documents render text, buttons, and form fields. Document theme applies to new files and can be overridden on a single file when you need a one-off look.
🎨 Document theme on the Branding page
- Go to Business Settings > Branding.
- Open the document theme card next to portal branding.
- Use Customize to adjust text, button, and input colors with a live preview.
- Contrast warnings guide you but do not block save.
Per-file theme in the document editor
- Inherited – The file follows your business document theme.
- This file – Colors apply only to the open document; other files stay on the business default.
- Reset – Clears the override and returns to inherited branding.
- Open the paint palette on the document toolbar to customize or reset.
🔧 Contrast and focus ring fixes
- Apply suggested shade – One-click fixes now pick an input border that clears the contrast warning on field fills.
- Focus ring – The focus ring color is stored separately from button background, so changing one no longer changes the other.
🔗 Custom portal URL (paid plans)
Changing your client portal address is included on paid or trial plans.
- Free plan – You can copy the portal link you received at signup but cannot edit the slug.
- Upgrade – Choose Upgrade to customize in portal URL settings to unlock the editor, availability check, and change limit.
- After billing – Use I've paid, check again to refresh access without leaving the page.
