🎨 Brand auto-detect during onboarding
While you set up your business, TalleFlow can read your public website and suggest brand details, such as your logo, colors, social links, description, and address, so you spend less time typing into Business Settings.
🛠️ How to use it
- During onboarding step 1, enter your website URL with your business name and contact details
- After you continue, TalleFlow shows a Detecting… state, then a preview card when matches are found
- Choose Looks good to apply the detected values, or Skip to finish setup manually
- Adjust anything later under Settings > Business
👀 What you may see in the preview
- Logo – best-effort image from your site
- Brand colors – primary and secondary accents
- Social links – common profiles when published on the page
- Description and address – text pulled from public content
💡 Best effort: Some sites hide details behind scripts or login pages. Skipping is fine—you can always fill in Business Settings yourself.
⏱️ Skip and timing
You can skip detection at any time after the skip control appears. If nothing useful is found, onboarding continues automatically without an error message. Detection works on desktop and mobile web.
🧭 New signup and onboarding flow
- What do you do? – Pick your business category first.
- Website and brand – Add your site so TalleFlow can detect colors and logo before the business record is created.
- Almost done – Enter business details, stage, and terms on the final step.
On desktop, the signup page also shows testimonials and product highlights beside the sign-up form.
✉️ Founder welcome email
Self-serve founders receive one welcome email when their workspace is first created. Invited team members still get the invitation email instead.
