Overview
Post crew and vendor jobs inside your TalleFlow Community marketplace, browse them beside listings, and manage purchases and sales without leaving marketplace tabs.
📝 Post a job from the listing wizard
- Go to Communities > Marketplace and start a new listing.
- Choose Job as the listing type (older job-only create links redirect here).
- Add an optional Title, service type, crew size, start and end window, timezone, and city (TBD, from the project, or typed).
- Publish when the details look right; the event day sent to matching is the start date in the job timezone.
🔍 Browse jobs with listings
- Mixed browse – Jobs appear in marketplace browse with other listings; use filters to show jobs only.
- Cards – Job cards show the title when you set one, otherwise city · event date.
- Purchases and sales – Marketplace purchases and sales tabs replace the old dashboard-only transaction pages (those URLs redirect here).
🤝 Apply, capacity, and award
- Apply – Providers apply as a business; teammates can add a note instead of conflicting with an existing application from the same company.
- Capacity badges – Posters see labels such as Available per TalleFlow, Partly available, Booked that day, or Availability unknown.
- Award – If capacity is tight, you can acknowledge the warning and continue paying or marking pay-outside.
- Alerts – Community alert waves reach providers on a schedule and skip busy or held providers.
- Self-check – Posters can recompute capacity a few times per day to refresh interest notes.
