🛡️ Platform moderation for communities

Authorized TalleFlow platform staff can moderate community content and remove communities that violate policy. Community owners and admins still manage day-to-day settings for their own groups.

🔧 Moderation actions

  • Remove posts and comments – platform moderators can delete community posts, global feed posts, and comments without being the author
  • Delete a community – operational deletion removes the community container after a reviewed preview of impacted members, posts, files, and linked events
  • Audit trail – moderation actions are logged for compliance review

đź‘€ What members see

When content is removed, it disappears from the community feed or global feed for members. Deleted communities no longer appear in discovery or member lists. Member user accounts are not deleted—only the community record and its scoped content are removed.

đź’ˇ Irreversible: Community deletion is permanent after execution. Preview the impact before confirming.

đź“‹ Community admin vs platform staff

  • Community admins – members promoted by the owner; manage posts, events, and membership inside their community
  • Platform moderators – TalleFlow staff tools for policy enforcement across the network
