Payments & Invoicing

TalleFlow integrates with Stripe to give you a seamless way to bill clients and collect payments online. Once connected, you can send professional invoices, accept secure payments, and track your financial performance without leaving the platform.

1. Go to the Finance tab in the left menu
2. Click Settings at the top of the Finance dashboard
3. Under Receiving Payments, click Get Started with Stripe
4. Complete Stripe's Express Account Setup flow by following the on-screen steps
5. Once your account is verified, Stripe will be connected to TalleFlow and ready to receive payments

• You cannot include the Pay Now button in an invoice until Stripe is fully set up
• Without Stripe, you can still send invoices, but they will not be connected to online payments
• In that case, you'll need to collect payment using other methods such as cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer
