The Finance Dashboard in TalleFlow gives you a complete snapshot of your business performance. It pulls together your sales, expenses, payouts, and available balances so you always know where your business stands financially.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is your high-level financial summary.

- Total Revenue – Total earnings from all sources in the selected date range
- Total Expenses – Your recorded business costs\
- Net Profit – Profit after subtracting expenses from revenue
- Available Balance – Funds currently in your Stripe account and ready for payout
- Cash Flow (30 Days) – Graph of your recent cash in and out
- Profit & Loss – Summary of revenue and expenses for the period
- Smart Insights – Quick analysis of your margins and cash reserves
- Recommendations – Actionable tips for improving financial health
- Financial Health Score – A snapshot of your cash flow, profitability, and growth metrics
Balance Tab
The Balance tab breaks down your current Stripe account balance and recent transactions.
Yoc can:
- View current available balance (including funds in processing)
- See total spent, total earned, and net amount
- Filter and search transactions
- Group transactions by category, client, or project
- Download transaction history as CSV
Payouts Tab
The Payouts tab shows when and how your Stripe payouts are sent to your bank account.
You'll find:
- Payout Schedule – Frequency and delay of Stripe payouts
- Next Payout Date and estimated amount
- Payout History – Record of all payouts sent to your bank
Expenses Tab
The Expenses tab is where you log and track your business expenses.
