ย ๐Ÿ” What Are Documents in TalleFlow?ย

Documents in TalleFlow are dynamic, customizable assets you can send to clients or use internally. From proposals to contact forms, every document is built in our visual document editor โ€” drag, drop, design.
Documents can be:
  • Shared with contacts via email or a copyable link
  • Tied to projects
  • Published to the client portal
  • Saved as templates
  • Embedded into your website

Templates vs Files in TalleFlow Documents

  • Templates are reusable blueprints. They're your pre-designed layouts with branding, structure, and placeholders. You never send a template directly to a client โ€” instead, you use it to create a new document.
  • Files are live, client-specific documents created from a template (or from scratch). Files can be sent, signed, paid, and tracked, and they live in the Files section of Documents.
๐Ÿ’ก Simple Rule: Templates are for creating. Files are for sending.

The TalleFlow Document Builder

The Document Builder is where you design, customize, and finalize all your TalleFlow documents. Using a drag-and-drop interface, you can easily add text, images, buttons, invoices, forms, and moreโ€”no design experience needed.
  • Tools Panel (Left Sidebar) โ€“ Choose elements like text, images, headings, buttons, forms, or invoices and drag them onto your page.
  • Canvas (Main Area) โ€“ See your document come to life as you arrange and edit elements.
  • Properties Panel โ€“ Click on any element to adjust colors, fonts, spacing, and settings.
  • Smart Tags โ€“ Type "{" anywhere in your document to insert auto-filling details like your client's name or your business contact info.
  • Preview Mode โ€“ Click the eye icon to see exactly how your document will appear to your client before you send it

๐Ÿ“š Document Types You Can Create

  • Contact Forms โ€“ Best for capturing leads from your website
  • Proposals โ€“ Best for pitching services with pricing
  • Contracts โ€“ Best for sending legally binding agreements
  • Brochures โ€“ Best for showcasing services, portfolios, or packages
  • Questionnaires โ€“ Best for gathering info or onboarding clients

Each type serves a different purposeย โ€“ but they all work together to streamline your client flow.
