Build and send multi-page documents, proposals, and brochures

Proposals, brochures, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, and custom documents can be built as a set of pages. The document type you started with stays put. The pages you add decide what the client can sign, pay, price, or answer.

Open the document from Documents or from a project, then:

1. Rename from the breadcrumb in the compact header
2. Use the toolbar under it for Save, page tabs, and Send
3. Open the page overflow menu for duplicate, remove, and Required

When you add a page, TalleFlow tells you why a type is blocked:

• Already added – that type can appear only once (such as Invoice or Contract)
• Not available – that page type is not part of this document
• Limit reached – the document already has 20 pages

On a proposal or custom document, switching to a Contract or Invoice page reloads the editor with that page’s tools so Invoice and signature tools stay available. Brochure, questionnaire, contract-only, and invoice-only documents keep their existing toolbars.

On a brochure, the services page is labeled Brochure. Brochure pages stay before Invoice if you add or drag pages. Custom is hidden from the create catalog; existing custom documents still appear in Overview.

Send checks each page, not just the one on screen:

• Brochures – need at least one selected package. Empty text or images alone are not enough. A selected package is recognized even when the package block was saved with a different internal name.
• Placeholder text – Extra Content, Brochure, Payment, or Questionnaire pages cannot go out with leftover starter text such as “This is a new Paragraph block. Change the text.”
• Empty Invoice or Contract – if a page looks empty after you switched pages, TalleFlow looks on the other pages and on the last saved version before it blocks you.
• Templates – you can apply a multi-page invoice template onto another invoice. Other paginated templates still cannot be applied that way.

Creating a new brochure from an existing multi-page design keeps the extra content page. After you open Share, Back leaves the share step instead of looping. Saving Portal Access on the share step no longer kicks you back to the editor with a false missing-invoice message.

The editor preview stays open when you switch authored pages. Mark a Contract, Invoice, Payment, or Questionnaire page Required when the client must finish that page. Content and Brochure pages do not have a Required toggle — there is no client action on those pages.

💡 Rule of thumb: Send is ready only when every page that needs a package, signature, payment, or answer is complete.
