TalleFlow's Zoom integration lets you connect your Zoom account and automatically generate a Zoom meeting link when you schedule a video meeting.
What the Zoom Integration Does
Once Zoom, is connected:
- You can select Video as a meeting type
- You'll be able to choose Zoom in the meeting's Date & Location step
- When the meeting invite is sent, TalleFlow will generate a Zoom meeting link and include it in the invite.
Where Zoom Connects
Business vs. personal Zoom
Zoom can be connected two ways:
- As a business connection, set up for the whole business.
- As a member connection, where you connect your own Zoom account and optionally share it with the business. This requires the Allow members to connect their own account toggle to be on for Zoom.
Both owners and sub-account users can connect and share a Zoom account. To learn how member and shared connections work, see "Personal & Shared Connections: Connect Your Own Gmail, Outlook, and Zoom."

- Zoom is selected in Date & Location
If Zoom isn't connected yet, you won't be able to generate a Zoom link from the meeting flow.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm Zoom is connected in Business Settings → Connected Tools → Integrations
- Confirm you're creating a meeting with Meeting Type = Video
- If you have multiple businesses, make sure you're in the correct business (Zoom is per-business)
- If you're using a shared Zoom account, confirm the person who connected it still has it shared with the business
- Double-check the meeting was set to Video and Zoom was selected in Date & Location
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Zoom from Business Settings → Connected Tools → Integrations
