📧 Open your invoice from the email link
You'll receive an email from the business with a link to view your invoice in the Client Portal. The button may say View Invoice, Pay Invoice, or Open Portal.
📋 Review invoice details
- Services or items included
- Total amount due and due date
- Payment plan or installment schedule when applicable
Contact the business directly if anything looks incorrect before you pay.
💳 Pay online with Pay Now
- Click Pay Now when online payments are enabled
- Enter card details and confirm
- Stripe processes the payment securely—the business never sees your full card number
✉️ Branded payment receipt email
After a successful online payment, TalleFlow sends a branded payment receipt email automatically. The receipt includes:
- Amount paid on this transaction
- How the payment was applied to the invoice
- Remaining balance or upcoming scheduled installments when a payment plan is active
- A link back to the invoice in the Client Portal when available
You do not need to turn this on separately—it sends after each processed portal payment.
✅ After you pay
- The portal shows a confirmation message
- The invoice status updates to reflect what you paid
- The business is notified automatically
⚠️ If Pay Now is missing or payment fails
- Online payments may be disabled, the invoice may already be paid, or the business may use another method—contact them for next steps
- Refresh the page, try another browser, or contact the business if a charge may have gone through without confirmation
⏱ If the invoice offer has expired
You can still open the invoice to review line items, but Pay now and other payment actions are turned off after the business's expiration window ends. Contact the business if you need a new link or an extended deadline.
