We're actively improving TalleFlow every day, but like any growing platform, you may occasionally run into a temporary issue. This article covers known behaviors and the fastest ways to get you back up and running.
If something here doesn't resolve your issue, our team is always happy to help via chat.

⚠️ White Screen When Navigating Pages

What Happens

In rare cases, you may see a completely white screen when navigating to a page in TalleFlow. This can happen on any page and is usually related to an authentication or session issue.

✅ Step 1: Sign Out and Sign Back In

This resolves the issue most of the time.
  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Sign Out.
  3. Close the browser tab.
  4. Reopen your browser.
  5. Sign back into TalleFlow.
If the page loads normally after this, you're good to go.

✅ Step 2: Clear Browser Cache

If signing out and back in does not fix the issue:
    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    2. Fully close your browser.
    3. Reopen it.
    4. Sign back into TalleFlow.
This refreshes stored session data that may be causing the blank screen.

    🧠 Why This Happens

This issue is typically caused by:

    • An expired authentication session
    • Cached session data becoming out of sync
    • A browser restoring an outdated tab
Clearing the session forces a clean re-authentication.

🚑 Still Seeing a White Screen?

If the issue persists after trying both steps:
    • Open a new browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
    • Open TalleFlow in an incognito/private window.
    • Contact us via chat.
When reaching out, it helps to include:
    • The page you were trying to access
    • Your browser and device
    • Whether the issue happens consistently or intermittently

Google Calendar Drag-to-Reschedule and Meeting Automations

Issue: If you reschedule a meeting by dragging it to a new time in Google Calendar, TalleFlow meeting-based automations (Meeting Starts, Meeting Ends) will still fire at the original time.
Why this happens: Google Calendar drag-to-reschedule does not send a reschedule event back to TalleFlow. TalleFlow only knows about time changes made through the TalleFlow app or through the booking link.
Workaround: If you reschedule a meeting in Google Calendar, also update the meeting time inside TalleFlow. This will automatically update any scheduled automations to fire at the new time.

    Timeline Concurrent Edit Conflict

Issue: If you have the same timeline open in two browser tabs (or two people edit the same timeline at the same time), the second person to save will see a conflict message instead of their changes being saved.
Why this happens: TalleFlow protects against accidental overwrites. When the first save goes through, the second tab's version becomes stale.
What to do: When you see the conflict message, the editor will reload with the latest saved version. You can then re-apply your changes and save again. To avoid this, try not to edit the same timeline in multiple tabs simultaneously.

MCP Not Available on Free Tier

Issue: If you are on the Freelancer (free) plan and try to connect your AI assistant using the TalleFlow MCP, the connection will be blocked.
Why this happens: The MCP is only available on paid plans. This applies to both the initial connection and ongoing use. If you were previously on a paid plan and downgrade, your MCP connection will stop working.
What to do: Upgrade to a paid plan to use the MCP. You can check your current plan in your account settings.
