How to Embed Your TalleFlow Contact Form on Your Website

1. Go to Contact Forms in TalleFlow and open your form.
2. Click Publish.
3. Right after you click Publish, you'll see Contact Form Published Successfully! Copy your code from Embed Instructions using the copy button beside the code box.
4. Need it later? On the Contact Forms list, open Actions (⋮) and choose Get Embed Code.

You can also copy a shareable URL from the Direct Link section in the same window.

Your embed code is a short block of HTML that starts with <div class="talleflow-embed"> and includes a script tag. Copy and paste the whole thing.

Tip: Each form has its own unique embed code. Any changes you make to the contact form and republish your changes automatically go live so you don't need to re-embed your form!

Pick your website builder and follow the steps.

1. Open your Squarespace editor and navigate to the page.
2. Add a Code block.
3. Paste your TalleFlow embed code.
4. Apply and save.

Code blocks require a Squarespace plan that supports custom code. If your code block doesn't render, check your plan in Squarespace settings.

1. Open the page in the Showit editor.
2. Add an Embed Code element to the page.
3. Paste your full TalleFlow embed code from Embed Contact Form.
4. Resize the embed area so the form is tall enough, then publish the page.

1. Open the Wix Editor on the page where you want the form.
2. Add an HTML embed (for example Add → Embed Code or Custom embed, depending on your editor).
3. Paste the full embed code you copied from TalleFlow, not just the link.
4. Save and publish.

If the form looks cut off, drag the embed box taller (700px or more).

If the embed code doesn't display on your Wix plan, copy Direct Link from the Embed Contact Form window and use Wix's Embed a Site option with that link instead.

You need a role that can add HTML. Admin is recommended.

Some WordPress.com plans limit custom HTML or embedded iframes. If the form does not appear after you save, check whether your plan allows custom code, or upgrade to a plan that supports HTML blocks or plugins.

Notion does not allow custom iframes on native pages. If your site is built on Notion, use a Notion site wrapper that supports custom code such as Super or Potion.

Open your live website (not the editor preview), fill out the form with your own info, and submit. Then open Contacts in TalleFlow. You should see the new contact and a new project within a few seconds. If you don't, check the Troubleshooting section below.

Form looks cut off: Likely cause: height is too short. Fix: increase height to 700 or more.

Submissions fail intermittently : Likely cause: browser blocks third-party cookies. Fix: refresh and retry. TalleFlow does not depend on third-party cookies.
