Overview
Track when a client approves or requests changes on project assets such as Canva designs. This is separate from staff automation approvals.
🛠️ Approvals tab on a project
- Open a Project and go to the Approvals tab.
- Review status, filters, and revoke when you need to reset a request.
- Clients act from the portal when they are the assigned approver for that asset.
🎨 Canva designs in the portal
- Visible in portal – Each linked Canva card has a switch so you choose when clients can see it.
- Require approval – Approval requests fail with a clear message if the design is not published to the portal yet.
- Canva Connect – Reconnect when prompted; design lists and exports refresh more reliably after auth issues.
