š§āāļø Projects & Contacts
Every project can be connected to one or more contacts ā whether it's a client, team member, or vendor.
Hereās how it works:
- YouĀ link a contact when creating a project
- You canĀ add more contacts laterĀ from the project workspace
- All linked contacts appear in theĀ Contact sectionĀ of the project
- From there, you can easily send them documents, emails, and assign tasks.
š Contacts can be internal or external ā itās up to you how you use the connection.
š Projects & Tasks
Tasks can be created inside a project or completely on their own.
- Project TasksĀ help keep everything tied to a timeline and deliverable
- Standalone Tasks are perfect for general business work (like bookkeeping or content planning).
Project benefits:
- āView all related tasks in one place
- Progress updates reflect overall project completion
- Keep all work organized and visible across your team
š¤ Contacts & Tasks
You can assign any task to a contact.
- Assign tasks to yourself, your team, or linked contacts
- Assigned contacts will appear on the task
- Use the People tab inside the task to link contacts
- Useful for follow-up tasks, client to-dos, or vendor deliverables
Everyone stays aligned on who's responsible for what ā without messy spreadsheets or separate systems.
