🔍 Triggers that were removed

These automation starts are no longer in the builder or runtime:

  • Time based – on a schedule or interval
  • Booking completed
  • Contact custom field changed
  • Contact created
  • Project source changed
  • Task created
  • Document updated

For time-based work, use Project due date, Meeting starts, or Meeting ends. Booking completed was already covered by Payment received.

An automation that needs a project will not run from a standalone task with no project. Those starts are skipped so the run history does not show a half-finished job.

📄 Brochure notifications

When a client submits a brochure or package and a draft proposal is generated, the in-app notification says “Draft proposal ready” and opens that draft in the document editor on desktop. On a phone it opens the document viewer.

🛠️ Simple Booth

Simple Booth lead sync is no longer a background timer. Use the Sync button in gallery settings. Each click continues from where the last sync left off so older events are not skipped.

🧭 Project messages

Sent bubbles in project email, messages, and SMS keep dark signatures readable instead of washing out against a solid brand fill.

💡 Rule of thumb: If you used a removed start, switch to Project due date, Meeting starts, Meeting ends, or Payment received.
